30 Days of Less Meat - 10 Years On

The idea of changing to have less meat and not removing it entirely is a lovely pragmatic approach. I knew that Graham's talk would be included as a simple activity for the project as a whole, but also as a simple idea to play around with.

Graham Hills talk is a simple idea, you can read the activity outline here. I mean, the title of the talk gives it all away ;-)

How this has evolved

We kept this for quite a while as a four day a week dietary change. I think the main reason we stopped was a lack of variety, which is a pretty poor reason. We definitely do it one day a week and we don't eat a heap of meet during the week for the most part - but it was a nice change and we should try to get back to it a bit more.

So, if you have any amazing vegetarian recipes to share, get in touch ;-)
